Welcome to Pinon Hills, California! Located in the plains of the Mojave Desert and bordered by the nature-rich San Gabriel Mountains, this community is truly "where the desert meets the mountains."
Located on the San Bernardino - Los Angeles County Line, Pinon Hills is an unincorporated town in San Bernardino County. It is just 15 minutes from Wrightwood, 8 minutes to Phelan, and 25 minutes to the Victor Valley.

The 4,000 foot elevations allow a beautiful view of the Mojave Desert and surrounding areas. Clear skies, wide open spaces, and sunny days make this a haven for many.

Most homes are located on 2.5 acre lots, which do not allow for tract housing in most instances. Both conventional and mobile homes are permitted, but site-built homes are becoming more prevalent.

Education is provided through the Snowline School District, and the students are served by Pinon Hills Elementary School, Pinon Mesa Middle School and Serrano High School.

Utilities are provided by Southern California Edison, Verizon, Southwest Gas and local propane companies. Septic systems are currently utilized. Water is obtained through San Bernardino County Services agencies.
